* Please keep dogs on a lead, so as not to disturb the ground based chicks in their nests, and as a precaution keep to the shorter grass paths away from the long grass when visiting the site. As always make sure to take your rubbish home with you.

How wonderful and rare to have skylarks nesting so close to the city! At a time when greenspace is under threat we surely must encourage this.
I visited Warren Farm with a group of older people in mid August.
Some hadn’t been before, but fell in love with it immediately.
We simply could not believe that QPR had almost been given this land….to concrete over, with a car park for over 600 cars!
And then, days later the pleasure of reading that Warren Farm was voted the 4th most loved park/open space in London…..against very stiff opposition.
